Why you gals should try belly dancing
Posted on Sep 18, 2007 under General diabetes information |So I rented a belly dancing DVD so that I could get moving and hopefully lose some more weight. Oh my did I make a good choice not only is it fun but I get a great workout in a very short amount of time. I got the video from Netflix so that I can keep it for as long as I want. This one I think I’ll hold on to then once it gets easier to do I’ll move to a more advanced one.
The other good thing about it is it really boost your confidence you feel sexy when your doing it. The girls in the video I have are thin but they have a little tummy on them that I think looks healthy but it does make you feel better knowing you don’t have to look like a celebrity to do the workout.
So girls check belly dancing out, your man will probably love it if you do.

It has worked well so far for me. I’ve lost 5 lbs since I started 2 weeks ago. The best part is my energy is way up.
