Cookies and cake and more!
Posted on Dec 27, 2007 under everyday life |I have been so tempted by the cookies and cake. Yes I have had some, but I haven’t gone too crazy and I’ve stuck to my carb limit! Go Me!!!!
It is a huge temptation and I’m actually surprised that I am doing as well as I am. I think a lot has to do with the thoughts I put into my head every time I go to eat something sweet. Hospital. That usually stops me. I also hate the feeling of a high blood sugar. I love having energy and being able to see where I’m going!
So wish me luck for the next week. I just have to make it through my birthday and I’ll be fine!
