Dark chocolate, good or bad?
Posted on Mar 21, 2008 under health |I love dark chocolate and when I heard it could lower your blood pressure and help control your blood sugar I jumped on checking it out. I have been eating 2 peices of dark chocolate every other day or so for about 2 weeks. My blood sugars are looking better so I think maybe it’s helping. A good thing as I haven’t had time to do any workouts.
I’m not saying it’s the answer to everything but it may help. I get the 85% dark chocolate it only has 8 carbs per serving and thats 4 peices. I like my chocolate dark it has a richer fruiter flavor and still gives me that wonderful chocolate feeling without all the fat and calories.
