Weight Loss Weigh In
Posted on Mar 24, 2008 under My Weight loss |I didn’t get a chance to do much this week, but I decided to start watching what I’m eating more. The last few months I really have just been watching my carbs and not the calories. This past week I tried to make better choices and it payed off!
Weight: 277lbs
I lost 3 lbs without trying too hard, thats nice. I did some weight lifting today and tomorrow I’m going to try to get on the treadmill. I think I’m going to start with 3 days of weights and 2 days of walking. I may switch that though, it depends on how it works with my classes next term. I’m hoping as the weather gets better I’ll start to eat better and have more energy. Right now when it’s cold I want cheesy and creamy soup a lot. My weakness.
