Weight loss weigh in.
Posted on Apr 22, 2008 under My Weight loss |Yesterday I forgot to hop on the scale. Today I did though and was very disappointed. It read 278lbs! I also get on on Thursday because I like to have an idea of where I’m going during the week. On Thursday it read 274lbs.
I can’t figure out how I gained 4 lbs but I did. I think I’m retaining something as my weight doesn’t want to drop below that 274 mark. Oh well I’m losing something anyway as my jeans are fitting better so I’ll keep going. Today I decided to take my walk outside and off the treadmill. I think I’m going to continue to do this on nice days. I really enjoyed it. I also took the dog with me and she wore out before I did. But she’s older and not use to going on walks. The good news is I turned around before I was ready to because she was getting worn out. I think I’m only going to take her 2 days a week so that way I can get out and get my whole mile in. I came close today though I think I got about 3/4ths in.

Spring can’t come fast enough for me, as I want to get off of the treadmill too. Actually, that isn’t entirely true as I haven’t been on the treadmill for awhile. Problem is, here in Minnesota Spring is a tough season. For example, it snowed yesterday on April 27th. ish!
I think a lot of us who have been struggling for the last few months will do better once it warms up and we can get outside.
