Water weight
Posted on May 23, 2008 under health |I have decided that I have been very dehydrated but retaining water in my legs. Today I decided since I didn’t have school to drink as much water as possible. Well it’s working, the swelling has gone down in my legs and I feel better. My stomach is still giving me a few issues so I may have to call on that Tuesday. Hopefully it’s nothing serious.
I think many people who have weight issues need to look at how much water or liquid the consume. I’ve gone a little overboard but that was just a jump start. I believe most people don’t get all of the water or liquid they need in a day. The 8 glasses a day thing is silly, but for some people 5 glasses may be good plus the food and other things you drink have water. With summer coming you want to stay as hydrated as possible.
