I give up, for now
Posted on Jul 07, 2008 under General diabetes information, everyday life |I decided I am not going to stress about exercising and losing weight until after I can move. Right now I have a horrible math class to deal with and I have to try to make more money so I can pay off my debt in 2 months. I’m still going to watch what I eat as I find that is the hardest thing for me to get back into doing.
I just don’t need the added stress, If I can work out I will if not I’m not going to think about how bad it is that I can’t. I do kinda wish there was a get rich quick thing. People say it’s affilate marketing but I haven’t made anything from that yet. Oh well. I just have to work hard so I can move and maybe lose this weight.

Don’t look at it as giving up. If it’s negatively impacting your health then that’s something to consider. Why would you want to sabotage your health. I know that weight is big thing with diabetes, but you have so many plates spinning in the air that reducing the stress in your body by taking care of business may have just as many health benefits.
It’s not giving up because that would mean you surrender to the illness. It sounds more like you’re tackling overwhelm and that becomes a priority. As you get this under control I believe everything else will fall into place.

That is a good way to look at it and I agree getting everything else under control is going to be much better for my health. Less stress is always a good thing.
